Criminals are as active in our part of africa as anywhere else.
We are located in a tribal area which for most people means moving out of their comfort zone.

we recommend using common sense to make your experience far less hazardous than a day in the concrete jungle. most crime is opportunistic so best to outthink em before you get here:

we recommend …

leave your wallet at home – grab your little flexi-friend only and make the hatchery a cash free zone (bring a little moola for your butlers and R200 per room for your breakage deposit though).
you’ll quickly chill out at the hatchery - let your hair down - but keep in mind that taking it to the next level usually ends badly….
if you feel naked without your stuff there is a small communal safe in the kitchen pantry or if you’re old school bring a lock to secure them under your bed.
the lagoon walk to the shack or spending time on casuarina island or one of the lagoons beaches are cool but throwing a bit of cash at your butler to keep an eye on you may be a plan

we’ll do our best to keep criminals at bay ..

our butlers are on hand until you close those peepers (we recommend 10:00pm to take advantage of the next day)
the hatchery is well lit, relatively compact and patrolled by our guard
staff sleep on the premesis close to the guests – they are also from the immediate area and hence aware of any strange activity – we don’t mean ufo’s!!!

We look forward to giving you the hatchery experience!!!
